As we step into a new year, most people are thinking about goals. Resolutions. Changes. Restrictions. The goals I hear the most from my athletes are:
More Energy.
More Muscle Mass / Less Fat Mass. Less pain. Better sleep. Clearer thinking and focus . A body that feels strong, resilient, and capable again.
I have never been a fan of resolutions. Instead I'm a fan of lifestyle additions! Adding a new exercise, movement, habit, recipe, connection....thats what really adds years to your life!Â
Lately, I keep coming back to one simple thought:
We now literally have the tools to improve all of these "pipe dream resolutions". Let's change the trajectory of our health. Improve how we feel, how we perform, how we age! And even prevent disease from taking over? And now we have the perfect addition that WILL move the needle.
